How to use the video function continuously?

When the mobile app opens the video, it will prompt you every 20 seconds whether to continue using it. Please click Yes to continue using the video function.

What if a part is found to be missing or damaged?

Please tell us as soon as possible and we will have dedicated personnel to deal with reissue parts or accessories.

Why is the connection to the APP unsuccessful?

First you need to set an administrator password, After turning on the Bluetooth and WiFi functions on your phone, you can connect the app to the door lock. The door lock only supports 2.4G Hz WiFi
