How did we get our start?

Caleb’s mom had lip balm in her car that would melt into a mess in her console. Caleb was a sophomore in high school at the time, learning how to use a 3D printer. Caleb’s mom came to him to see if he could solve her lip balm problem and that’s where CarChap began. It turned out to be a common problem for more than just Calebs mom, so now he’s sharing his solution with everyone.

What problem are we solving?

CarChap solves the two main problems with owning lip balm; misplacing the lip balm and having the lip balm melt all over the console before you can finish it.

The original CAR CHAP suspends your lip balm in an upright position so that if your lip balm does melt it resolidifies into its original container maintaining form and function for its next application.

This design was invented by Caleb as a high school student to solve the problem of the melted mess in the console of your car and lost lip balms.
