When the input device is connected via USB-A, the maximum resolution is 1920×1080; when connected via USB-C, the maximum resolution is 3840×2160 (2K depends on device compatibility)

YUY2 format provides high-quality video with uncompressed color data, but requires more bandwidth & storage. Ensure your system can handle larger file sizes for smooth performance and optimal quality

Ensure your PC’s USB 3.0 port supports 5Gbps transfer speed. Use high-quality cables, avoid USB hubs, and check your system’s processing power and storage for optimal capture performance

Use a stable power source like a car adapter. When capturing the Switch screen, the capture card MUST be connected to a power source.

The video capture device can only display one video source at a time. If multiple video sources are connected, it may fail to display any video properly. Ensure the input and output ports are connected to the correct devices. Incorrect connections may result in no signal
